Effective August 11, 2026
Privacy Policy.
This policy explains how Nicholas DeMaster's private household coordination platform handles information used for low-volume SMS/MMS messaging.
Information collected
The messaging program may process your mobile number, message content, delivery and opt-in or opt-out records, and basic messaging metadata such as dates and times. This information is collected when you text the number, opt in, or otherwise communicate through the service.
How information is used
Information is used only to provide household coordination notifications, respond to user requests, coordinate scheduling and logistics, honor messaging preferences, maintain service security, and comply with applicable legal or carrier requirements. Private software may generate or assist messages under Nicholas DeMaster's control.
No marketing sharing
Mobile numbers, SMS opt-in data, and messaging consent are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Information may be disclosed only to service providers that are necessary to operate and deliver the messaging service, such as telecommunications and messaging infrastructure providers, or when required by law. Those disclosures do not permit the recipient to use mobile opt-in data for its own marketing.
Message terms
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help. Opting out stops future campaign messages unless you later provide consent again by texting START.
Retention and security
Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, including maintaining consent and opt-out records and satisfying legal or carrier requirements. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no messaging or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You can stop messages at any time by replying STOP. To ask a privacy question or request help with messaging information, reply HELP to +1 (321) 321-4424.
Changes
This policy may be updated when the messaging service or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
