Messaging Terms.
These terms apply to SMS/MMS messages sent by Nicholas DeMaster's private household coordination service from +1 (321) 321-4424.
Program description
The platform provides low-volume, two-way household coordination messages to authorized users. Messages may include scheduling reminders, pickup and arrival notifications, task and service coordination updates, household logistics, and responses to user requests. Messages are generated or assisted by private software operating under Nicholas DeMaster's control.
Consent
You opt in to recurring messages by texting START to +1 (321) 321-4424. By opting in, you confirm that you control or are authorized to use your mobile number and agree to receive the messages described here. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Frequency and charges
Message frequency varies based on household communication needs. Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opt out and help
Reply STOP to opt out at any time. A final confirmation may be sent, after which no further campaign messages will be sent unless you opt in again by texting START. Reply HELP for help.
Acceptable use
Do not use the messaging service for unlawful, abusive, threatening, fraudulent, or harmful content. Access may be limited when reasonably necessary to protect people, the service, or comply with legal and carrier requirements.
Availability
Messaging delivery depends on mobile carriers and service providers and is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free. Do not rely on this service for emergencies. For an emergency, call 911 or the appropriate local emergency service.
Privacy and changes
Use of the program is also governed by the Privacy Policy. These terms may be updated when the service or applicable requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
